Fitness at Seacourt

Seacourt offers a range of fitness classes designed to help improve strength, mobility, fitness and overall wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

With sessions suitable for different ages, abilities and fitness levels, our independent instructors provide everything from low-impact workouts through to high-energy cardio and circuit training classes.

Please note, all classes are operated independently at Seacourt and prices, booking and availability are managed directly by each instructor.

FAB Fitness Workouts

Monday
10.00am – 11.00am

A welcoming low-impact aerobics class combining movement, hand weights and chair-based activities designed to improve fitness, mobility and overall wellbeing in a supportive group environment.

Perfect for those looking to stay active in a relaxed and friendly class setting, with exercises adapted to suit a range of abilities and fitness levels.

Classes focus on gentle movement, coordination and building confidence while encouraging participants to enjoy fitness at their own pace in a sociable atmosphere.

Tuesday – Body Blitz
6.00pm – 6.45pm
A full body workout combining resistance exercises and cardio training to improve strength, fitness and endurance.
£7 per class

Wednesday – HIITS
6.00pm – 6.45pm
A high-intensity cardio workout designed to maximise calorie burn and improve stamina and fitness levels.
£7 per class

Saturday – Gym Circuits
9:15am – 10.00am
A circuit-based gym workout combining strength, cardio and functional exercises in a supportive group setting.
£7.50 per class
