Yoga & Pilates at Seacourt

Whether you are looking to improve flexibility, mobility, strength or simply take time to unwind, Seacourt offers a range of Yoga and Pilates classes within a welcoming and supportive environment.

Led by independent instructors with different styles and approaches, classes are suitable for a range of abilities, from complete beginners through to experienced participants.

Classes are operated independently at Seacourt and booking arrangements vary between instructors. All classes take place in the Founders Room.

Fitness Yoga

A contemporary mix of yoga, Pilates and deep stretch practised to music, designed to improve flexibility, core stability and overall strength in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Fitness Yoga is inspired by modern movement-based classes such as Les Mills Bodybalance and is suitable for a range of abilities, particularly those with some previous yoga or Pilates experience looking to improve movement, fitness and wellbeing.

Suitable for all abilities, Stephanie’s classes help participants improve movement, confidence and overall wellbeing while also supporting injury management and sporting performance.

Emma’s classes combine Western fitness techniques with Eastern movement practices, creating a welcoming multi-level environment suitable for beginners, newcomers and experienced participants alike.
